I did sex before 3 days of my period and right after 3 days of sex I got periods so tell me I can be pregnant ?

You had sex and then got your period - am I right?

The period you had before you had sex is pretty much unimportant.

Why are you concerned?

I got periods after 3 days of sex and my period cycle is about 28 days but stll 32 days have passed but I'm not getting periods so tell me in this case can I pregnant??

Yes, you can be pregnant. If you are pregnant, the period you got would not be considered a real period. Now you just have to wait for the next one to appear.

If you are not ready to be a mother, either quit having sex or at least protect yourself.
