My air conditioner unit won't turn on at all. No fan moving nothing at all. What could be wrong with the unit? Can someone tell me how to fix it because I live in victorville ca and its been 100+ everyday...

!st. Have you checked the breaker? To the outside condenser and to the airhandler/furnace?
2nd. If airhandler is working,thermostat is set right,go outside and see if anything is running,you will see and hear the fan running,and to check the compressor feel the copper lines going inside ,the larger one should be cold and sweatie,the smaller one will be warm to the touch.
