    Relocating with kids
I have custody of our 2 children, I am moving 8-1-10, I have given father a generous new visitation schedule, and now he gives me this court order restraining me from moving out of the county until our court date 8-12-10. If we do not continue with our move my children and I will not have a home, but if I continue with my plan will I be in contempt? Please help me I am truly trying to do what I believe is best for my family.

Yes, you will be in contempt if you violate a court order.

You could file a motion with the court for an earlier court date, but it may not help. Additionally, there is a significant chance that your move may be rejected if it interferes with his court ordered custody/visitation.
