Its in the end of the movie, where the prisenors have desidedt to make a run foret, and make shield and trow rocks at the coming polics men and they trap the other one inside, then the water (car/tank) coming but there taget is to get into the offic and get the flag to turn up/side-down (as a sign for help!! ) I think the movie even is whit adam sandler or nicolas cage or whit ben stiller... :( PLZZZZ help mee
