For two days I have had a dull headache and been dizzy all day. I also have mild cramps, usually towards the evening. Four days before my period was due, I had a day and a half of very light bleeding, which turned to light brown spotting when I wipe--that is gone now. Before that I had a lot of milky/white discharge for a few days. I am extremely tired too. I did an hpt three days after my period was due and it was negative. Any thoughts? I am 30 years old and trying to conceive, we did have sex on my ovulation days, using the pullout method, however twice I know we were not so quick about it. My periods are very regular and I have never missed one or had one come late. Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

Are you trying to conceive or not trying? If you trying, I'm not sure why you would be using withdrawal... would sort of defeat the purpose!. :)

I'd give it another week and see if your period is just off. Sometimes a positive doesn't show up for awhile for some women. If still no period, and you still have a negative result, give it some more time and test again, wait and see what happens when your period is due next month and test if need be, or see your doctor and ask about having a blood test done.

Since you are not really using any forms of birth control I will assume you are wanting to get pregnant. "pulling out" merely lowers the chance some" so since you are not using any more valid methods, it is very possible you can be. Good luck
