I had a baby with a married man, he talked to my parents and said he was going to get divorced finally he decided he couldn't get divorce because financial issues. He is on the baby's birth certificate as his father but the baby does not have his last name. I want to go back to my country but I don't want him to know. He sees the baby at least once a week and gives me $100.00a week. He is very possesive and insecure. I don't trust him no more. I want the best for the baby his family does not know about the baby and I feel everything is too complicated. Will he be able to have anyrights if I go back to my country without his consent?

If he has been ordered to pay you support and there is ordered visitation you have to ask the Court's permission. You also need the consent of both parents in order to obtain a passport for the child - will he give permission?
