PLAY with them instead of trying to be the adult.
you could try a game called 'crazy manners'
everyone gets a turn to be in charge, the object of the game to to ask someone to to something like hop on one leg for the count of ten but you have to say 'please',the next person has to make funny faces for the count of twenty, but you have to say 'please',you get two chances to say 'no thanks' if you forget to say please you skip a go.
again play games that include team work, show respect to everyone, everyone gets a fair go,no gets excluded,if you dont play nice yo ucant play untill you say sorry.
hitting wont work as it is only teaching them thats hitting is how you get attention.
give postive praise and i bet you will see results soon.
you can play the 'crazy manner' game at meals times too,for example...can you set the table but you have to take baby steps PLEASE.
use your imagination, make up games, make up forts to play in,play dress up and go outside to play.
your not the adult here, and you dont have to be,you can the best sister/brother there is,so when your siblings grow up they will have lots of stories of how great you were, not about how hard you hit them.
