I feel like this biggest lozer... and the biggest mistake right now,
At my school eveyone thinks I'm a no one.
And everyone talks bad about me,
My friends don't talk to me anymore because of the false lies that were spread about me,
So now I'm alone with nothing but my computer and my thoughts.
I just don't know what to do.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself and face your friends. If they believe lies about you , then their not very good friends.

Make new friends. If you don't mind telling me, what were the false lies they spread about you?

Your friends know you and won't believe whatever someone else says about you.
Make some new ones. The world is a big place with lots of people.
