I'm 16 and I'm pregnant I was woundering what all I would have to have to get married in Maryland my boyfriend is 17 and my mom would never give me cosent to marry . If you are 16 and pregnant, if you take a certificed document from the doctor that proves you are expecting, of if you have had a child, you are not required to have a parent sign for you.

The 17 year old will have to have his parents sign for him.

Personally you need to wait and get help from the parents and get a education and have a chance to get ahead.
