At each of the hearings, have you done the first meeting of creidtors ? Have you discussed this with the attorneys ?
Are there any specific creditors filing objections, and have they been answered ?

I have file chapter 7. I have already met with the creditor meeting. And the judge sent me a letter saying no one had show up for my hearing.

I had one who had a objection. The others I have no idea. I have another question? One of my creditor started calling me and harassing me and I told me lawyer about it . They said your bankrupty was dismissed. ( creditor said) and I called my attorney he said the judge has not made a decision yet.and it got me so upset. The attorney got in touch with the creditor. And they stopped calling. My attorney said the case has not been dismissed. The creditor said the trustee told her.

If he had been dismissed the creditor would not have stopped calling. Calling during a bankruptcy is illegal but many collection places do it anyway.

Listen to your attorney, you also can check with the court the status.

If someone objects, they will have a chance at a hearing to present their case and then you and your attorney will show where they have no case.

Also of course some debts, like student loans and taxes are not normally discharged at the bankruptcy

Thank you for answering all my questions. You have put me at easy about my case. It helps me not to worry so much. Because my blood pressure has been going up doing this process.

    Thank you
