Dishwasher is not getting enough pressure on the top rack. We have cleaned the screens. It is getting enough water. The bottom is washing but not the top rack.

You need to take a toothpick and poke all the holes in the sprayer arm. This should solve the problem. If you have 2 sprayer arms do both of the arms paying attention to getting all the holes. Should solve your problem.
