After de winterizing the tub spout cold water has low pressure, too low to operate the shower

How is the hot water pressure? Most showers nowadays are temperature and pressure balanced which means that you can't tell what pressure/volume you have at the shower until both the hot and cold are up and running at full capacity... ;)
