This can be considered normal. Its called the Refractory period.

No I do it frequantly and not every night

Its normal. Some needs to rest for 5 minutes after sex, others 2 weeks.
I can also only go once a night with a full hard on... but if you really want more than 1, there are herbal pills and stuff on the market that can help.

Although the effects last for up to 3 days sometimes, and that sucks.

Did you used to get more than one per night?if so seeing a doctor might not be a bad idea,(quantity may slow down with age but quality doesn't have to):)

Why do you NEED to get it up more than once a night?

Perhaps get a hobby... other than knob polishing. Once a night is all most normal people with lives have time for.
