Man wears wire for police but get nothing on it can police still use that wire in court

The DA can try and use it for evidence but what evidence if nothing was heard on it.

Of course it depends on what was said, and how it can appear to a jury or judge.

It may be one of a lot of bits of evidence that each by themselves means nothing but when put together paints a picture

I hope if the man wearing the wire, was doing this as a deal, he had it in writing with the DA, not just the police
