I have a Gutter Topper problem but my Annapolis MD installer retired. I can't find any Gutter Topper retailer within 50 miles from my home to fix the problem. How to reach, and get results from Gutter Topper HQ in Ohio (I think)?

First.What are gutter toppers?
Second.How come no other contractor can maintain them?

Yes,I do know what they are,I wanted the op to describe the type they had so I could get a more descriptive message from them.

Some of the guards are more difficult than others to remove and maintain.The finer debris gets through and fills the base of the gutters,in time plant life begins to grow and there is no access to the problem short of removing the system.or at least sections.

Perhaps the op will return with more info.

"Gutter Toppers" is a leaf gutter guard brand name. They are still under warranty but the nearest dealer is 2 hours away and wants to charge me $100 per hour - door to door - just to show up AND he doesn't honor the warranty! That's why I need to reach the company HQ directly. I need them to authorize and pay someone to do the work.
