    Homelite weed eater constantly flooding
I have a homlite weed eater that I just replaced the primer bulb on. It has issues starting. When it does start, it runs at really high and then floods out. Gas dripps out of the carb where the air cleaner is and then oil and gas spill out of the exaust when I yank on the cord to start it really hard when I get frustrated. Help

    Hi,
You have two problems. You have an air leak(see if cylinder is loose or a gasket on the intake side is missing/torn. The lever for the inlet needle has bent into the wrong dimension and causing the flooding. Air getting in where it should not causes the high speed condition.
    Peace,
    Clarke

Could I have gotten the wrong size of primer bulb?
