    If renting a home that has gone to foreclosure, does rent need to still be paid?
    We have received final judgemant and date for auction, in about 8 weeks. Are we still reauired to pay rent to the landlord?

    Yes, up to the date of the sell of the home. ( you are still living there correct ?) his non payment does not allow you to not pay your rental agreement. What he does or does not do with the money does not effect your obligation.

    Once sold, you will owe the rent to the buyer. They may continue to rent to you, They may raise the rent, They may also give you a notice to move out of the home.
