    We have no water.
We have a well and septic. Our power did not go out. Last night I did dishes, watered the garden and then I went to shower. After a minute the water slowed and then stopped completely. And now there is no water to the whole house. What could this mean?

First check the breaker box to be sure there's power to the pump. Next check the control box. Are the contacts open or closed? Is your pump a surface or a submersible pump? Has it lost its prime? Back to you, Tom

Yes, have you went to the well house or pump location, is it running, what is the pressure in the tank, As noted is there a breaker tripped, have you checked voltage at the pressure swith.
Have you looked under the house or in basement for any major leaks.

    Thank you.
-Yes, we checked fuse box right away. Looks good.
-I'm not exactly sure what the control box is.
-I believ it is a surface pump. It is in our basement (big blue tank looking thing).
-The house was built in '91

--I don't hear any sounds from the tank. The pressure gage is between 0-10.
    -voltage at pressure switch?
-I don't see any leaks or water...

So you call the pump company to come out and check,

Yes, the fuse box looks good ? Does that mean you took a meter and checked the votage coming to and from it. Have you checked voltage at the box near the pump

And as soon as you called it a "big blue thing" my mind told me it was time for you to call someone.
