I'm not understanding why you are posting this on public Q&A site. This is private information that we could not get. Even if you provided us with more info (like the insurance company and type of policy) we could not get the information.

You need to contact either your broker or the insurance company. Why don't you already have this info?

I have deleted your policy number, you do know this is public forum, that can be searched though Google, anyone, including 1000's of con artists and criminals could easily have seen your perosnal data listed.

First we have no idea what company your insurance is with, and even if I was a agent with that company, I can not look up your data since I am not your agent.

Contact the company that sold you the policy or the agent for these details.
