Check all circuit breakers and fuses. The fan may not be running but can you hear the compressor running outside?

Yes, I hear the compressor. The circuit breaker is on. And the fuses for outside unit are not lit. Says "fuse bad when lit"... I was thinking the fuse as well based on other post. Is there another way to check the fuse?

Also, Thanks for your answers! They are appreciated

If you hear the compressor running that means the fuses are good. The next least costly step is to replace the fan motor run capacitor. If that does not do it then you will be replacing the fan motor itself.

The above info is taking into consideration that you have the tools and meters with the knowledge in how to use them to test the old capacitor and motor during the problem part discovery. It is not wise to replace a part unless you can test the old one first.
