I have a goodman unit that is making a (semi-loud) humming noise. Everything is running but it is not cooling the house. I had a tech come look at, he hooked up his guages to it and both side were reading about the same. He put 2 lbs of r22 in it and it did not change, both guages read 130. He told me one should be at 30-40. His conclusion was that I needed a new compressor. Is he right or should I get aother tech to look at it. Any suggestions?
