I have a two family house with a basement. Recently my tanent have been complaining that in his kitchen & bathroom dirty water is coming. I checked the water its light yellowish. On first floor & in basement water is clean. I can't understand when I have clean water why upstairs has dirty water. Water meter is in the basement, over the meter water supply split. I believe cooper pipe have been used in the house. Please tell me why 2nd floor has dirty water & what can I do to fix it.
