    Bathtub/shower faucet repair
I have a 20 yr. old moen single handle faucet with a shower diverter on the spigot. First, how would you get the spigot off the copper pipe to clean? Is there a press clip or is it screwed on ? Next, what steps are there to pull cartridge and replace o-rings? Thank you.

Look on the bottom of the spout towards the back for a square hole there will be a Allen Head Set Screw in there to loosen and then pull the spout off. Anything else simply unscrews.

Will get you to a installation guide for replacing a Moen cartridge.
