How do I sign off parental rights in Indiana
Is there any way in Indiana that I can sign over parental rights to my son's uncle? His father is in prison and has been there and will be there for many years. We are divorced and I have sole custody. The uncle is the brother of his father.. I feel I can no longer handle this child who is almost 16. He is always in constant trouble with the school system and the legal system.. the uncle is willing to take him... how do I go about getting this accomplished before I have a nervous breakdown?

He can move in with the uncle and you can appoint him guardianship on a temporary basis. Other then adoption you can't just give your rights and responsibilities away.
