You can't and I wouldn't waste your time trying.

Puppys cost a lot of money to feed and take care of.

There's vets fees,vacincations,maybe a dog licence.

Wait until your older and you can buy one yourself.

As an aside,never never never buy a puppy from someone who is not a proper breeder,and there's always a dog shelter.

Just something to keep in mind.
