My Toshiba 32" Flat screen TV has sound but no picture, It makes a scratchy sound when turned on and flashes blue twice. The sound is perfect but the screen is black, nothing works menu etc... no picture, is there something I can do or is this it? How much might it cost if it could be repaired? Thanks.
