Hi, I'm 15 years old. I have these white-ish bumps on the bottom of my penis, near my scrotum. They never hurt... They have never hurt... They never itch... I never notice them unless I look at them. Everything works fine. They are really really small... They never have discharge or anything. They are kind of a grayish white color. I've never had any type of sex. I need to know if I have an STD although I don't think I do... please help me out

It sounds like hair folicals. Sometimes before pubic hair appears small white bumps can appear first before the hair actually starts to grow. If there is a real question or worry then seek out a health professional and get examined to put your mind at ease.
