He won't even eat if we add tablescraps he picks them out he wouldn't eat when we tried peanut butter because he couldn't get it off the dog food !

Your dog sounds spoiled. Why not try some wet dog food and see if they eat that. No table scraps. Keep the food and water fresh. See if that turns it around.

He might be too used to all the human food, stop giving him human food, and start giving him dog food only. It will make a big difference. Eventually he will realize what he's supposed to eat. He knows what is better, and just like us he'll go for it!

How about not feed him any human food? Dogs won't starve themselves. He'll eat. Hes just holding out for the good stuff. Cut table scraps out of his diet completely and get him eating his own food again.

Has he been sick, or is something wrong? Or is it like the others have suggested and he is just spoiled? He won't starve himself. So buy a good quality dog food, and put it out for him. Sooner or later he will eat.

If he is exhibiting any other symptoms, looks like he is in pain, lethargic, make sure to take him to the vet ASAP.
