As I've said before, some hospitals test meconium on suspected drug users. There are places now that if the meconium comes back positive for cocaine, for example, the infant is immediately placed into protective custody.

But, as I've been an addict, I get the focus on ones self.

I will pray that you are able to be straight and true... mostly for yourself, but also for your child.

My son has paid a price for the things that have haunted me.

Best I can do is to be there for him... completely...
