Second ticket for uninsured in Illinois while on court supervision
I received a second ticket for no auto insurance prior to my one year court supervision ending. What is going to happen to me in the state of Illinois?

If you were ticketed once and kept driving you have violated twice. Just about anything could happen - additional time, the original sentence, a warning.

The important part is that you have violated - twice.

Short sighted?? Try really, really dumb to keep driving with no insurance. Driving is a privilege, not a given. You need to keep insurance on your car... even the minimum... or just stop driving period. There is no excuse for this when the Judge sees you again. He won't be amused that you were "short sighted". He just might double the time you got the first time for no insurance. Who knows? Just hope he's in a good mood that day...
