About a week ago the person I have been dating broke with me over e-mail. Although we have been off and On for about two years I feel angry and hurt that she would terminate a relationship over email. She sought me out to try to work things out and 2 weeks later she decided she was just confused and wasn't in love with me. It is difficulty to undertand and I am having problems understanding and letting go.

It's going to take time, and even longer if you don't think about the relationship in realistic terms. First, I agree that you should not talk to her at all, tell mutal friends that you don't want to hear about her. Things to write about: Was the relationship healthy? What did you learn? Turn the focus back on you. And Live Life!

No contact is probably the best way to go.. it takes time.. but you will get over it.. just focus on yourself just like what TS0122 said..

Im with the others go NC and you must stick with it, you feel awful now I can understand that and the pain is awful and hurts so bad, but it will get easier the longer and more ardently you stick with NC, the easier it gets it takes time so don't expect a miracle. Good Luck.

I agree dumping you via email was a dastardly thing to do to you, some people though are cowards when it comes to these things.
Try not to focus on that aspect though.
