    Parking lights stay on
    98 ford windstar parking lights are staying on till I pull the fuse. I'm not shure how to test the headlamp switch.

    Unplug headlight switch, if they stay on, it may be a wiring problem, and recent Electronic work(Stereo, Alarm, GPS etc) added recently?

    Nothing was added just came home last night went out this morning and batterie was dead,jumped it and the lights are on.

    Are your lights normally on a timer to stay on for a few minutes after you leave the vehicle? Check you light switch to see if there is a settingmarked AUTO, if so turn it to OFF
