My kid stuck water hose in gas tank

Siphon out all of the old water and gas.

Did that still running bad

Water does some serious damage.

Did you try Seafoam as an additive to the gas?

Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel filter, attach a hose to the fuel line, turn the ignition switch to ON, and pump the tank and fuel line dry. When you refill the tank with gas, you may need to cycle the ignition switch a number of times to fully pressurize the fuel rail.
