Ensure you have recently replaced both fuel filters and the air filter. Check each cylinder's compression.

Did you perform the tests? You provided very sketchy information and no follow-up. You must have never owned or worked on diesels before. What tests did you perform and what were the results? It's best if you take it to Ford for servicing.
