I am disabled with disk disease I want to take a course in graphic design.I went to school for 12 years but did not finsh.where can I get a free ged test so I can start college.I live in ca on 728.00 a month.

The only way to know 100% is to contact wherever you intend to take the GED test - they will have the info.

With such low income, I will assume you have a welfare case worker, talk to them, most have programs that allow you to attend classes ( I would advise going to some classes as the GED is very hard)
