I have an appointment this week. But I'm confused on what to even think might be my problem. I mean if I was pregnant something would have shown up by now.. I mean that's my opion..

Not necessarily. Sometimes the hormone levels just aren't high enough. But of course, there's other reasons for missing periods too. Things like stress, change in diet and exercise, illness, all sorts of things can mess our cycles up. Hopefully your doctor will be able to help you figure it out quickly.

I was pretty stressed about not getting my period last month. But I did have a very light one this month that lasted about the normal time. I have also started a new medication Im on my 3rd week of the medication.

If your periods aren't regular, it could just be from that alone. As the others have said, see your doctor; they will do another pregnancy test in the office, and you can also discuss reasons your cycles might not be regular and how, if you so choose, to try and help them become more regular.
