I am 26 years old and I have a 3 year old son. My cycle is exactly a week late. I'm never late! It was due to come on the 5th of July. On the 1st of July I was spotting. On the 11th of July I was spotting but no period. I've had bad backaches, some mild cramping, and restlessness. What can be going on? I've taken 4 home pregnancy test and all were negative. Can I be pregnant?

Did you have unprotected sex? Are you stressed?

Sometimes a pregnancy doesn't show up for several weeks with a urine test. You might be pregnant; could always check with your doctor about having a blood test or wait another week or so and test again at that time if still no period.
Could be your period is just off and it will be late this cycle.
