I had a business in SC it was an S type corporation we were evicted for back rent our business stopped we closed down the business. And dissolved the Corporation.

Am I and my Partner still liable for the past due rent and other bills that occurred from our now closed business?

If the bills were accrued in the name of the corporation, the corporation is responsible - not you. That would be unless you signed a personal guarantee, and many creditors make the owners of shakey corporations do that.
