How to change the father of my daugther in her birth certificate... her real father leave us when I give birth I was the one who supported her with the help of my family, after three years without his support I had my new relationship then we decided to get married now my husband want her to be his own daugther but my daugther using her real fathers surname what should we do?

1. Get a lawyer.
2. Get the biological father to relinquish parental rights.
3. File for adoption through the courts.

If the biological father refuses to relinquish his rights, you will have to PROVE that he is a danger to the child to force a termination of his rights. If you cannot do that, then you are out of luck.
