I recently went off Birth Control, and have been using condoms ever since. Knowing that condoms are not always efficient, I have started to worry about my (now) two month late period. Could going off the pill be the cause of my irregular cycle? And if so, will it be irregular for a long time? Both pregnancy tests I have taken have come out negative...

Depending on how long you were on birth control, yes, it could take a little time before your hormones return to normal.
