Women get all kids of different pains with their period. Some get moody. Others get cramps. Some even have no symptoms until the day they start. I had a friend who used to get cramps in her back and ended up having back labor when she had her son. Not really sure if that's related. It is normal to have a wide range of the symptoms with your period. If you are unsure go see a gyno. They can access everything and maybe even help you to control the symptoms.

Mild to moderate back pain is perfectly normal, but if it gets to be severe, it may be time to make an appointment with the Gynecologist.

Hey, I get this too so bad! It is basically because when you are due/on your period your womb contracts and this can affect the muscles surrounding this area so we get stomach and back cramps and they flippin hurt! Paracetamols or Ibuprofen can help and the good old hot water bottle but if they are really severe I would go the Dr just to be certain everything is OK. If you find a way to ease the pain let me know so I can use it too!! X
