Car stalls while driving, and has trouble starting after gassing up.
I have a 2003 Hyundai Accent with about 200k on it. It's a standard. I recently replaced the spark plugs, and it runs well for the most part. The last year or so I've been having problems with starting it after I gas up. It doesn't matter how much gas I put in, what kind of gas I use, or if I add an additive. I have to pump the gas for it to start. And now since yesterday I'm having trouble with it while driving. A few times it's almost died going after a red light. And it's died twice while shifting gears.
The check engine light's been on for a long time, but when I bring it in, they always just say it's emissions errors, and not to worry about it.
I'm going to replace the fuel filter, but if anyone knows anything, I'd love to hear it.
