I am syed from india, MY graduation BCA, I have 4years experience in bpo (non-voice), now I quite the job, so I want know which field is best and I have interest to learn CCNA OR MCSE, TELL ME WHAT I DO? AND soft ware testing?

The best thing to do would be to make sure that your resume is up-to-date; that you have a great format for a cover letter to send to people and ask people to use as references, if anyone wants to contact references and then just start looking and applying for positions.

Jobs are scarce these days and the competition can be rough. So, the sooner you get busy with looking and applying, the more likely it will be that you'll get an interview at some point in the near future.

I hope that you left the last job on good terms with the employer. Did you, please?

Also, if you're able to do it while looking for a position, if you can get some additional education, that could also help.
