This particular question is for the girls... I'm trying to figure out if this girl likes me.. Ppl always say that if a girl likes you then she plays with her hair a lot... Now I understand that this isn't always true. But with this girl every time I walk into a room she looks at me and then immediately turns her head and starts fixing her hair... It's happened more than once... And she knows that I think she's cute because 2 of my friends have told her. But today in particular I walked in and she did the hair thing again and I was listening to my iPod then she came and sat beside me and was like " r u ever gonna talk to me? Ur always on ur iPod." then she was like "hold on let me go to the restroom." maybe to look in the mirror? Lol I don't know... But when she got back we talked a little bit and while we were talking she was playing with her hair a little bit again and I told her we should hang out sometime and she said OK and I got her number frm her and all that good stuff... Now I know some people would be like man she definitely likes you but I just want to make sure because Ive learned that girls can be very misleading sometimes lol

First, no chat speak. It is against site rules. It is to easy to misunderstand what someone means when he/she doesn't use full words.

Second, she agreed to hang out with you sometime and gave you her number so she doesn't dislike you.

Make arrangements to go somewhere kind of neutral where you can talk and enjoy each other's company. See where it goes from there.

It is easy to 'like' someone when you don't really know him/her.

So, get to know her.

Forget the signs, and trying to read signals. She gave you her number, and agreed to hangout, so enjoy getting to know her, and find out for yourself. It's a risk, take it, or leave it alone.

I agree with Cat and Tal here. But I have to say if some boy said he thought I was cute, and whether I liked him or not, I am going to subconsciously and consciously want to look my best. So you I would probably fix my hair, and straighten my shirt. It's just normal human behavior. How ever with that being said, she said she wants to hang out, and she gave you her number, so like Cat said she definitely doesn't NOT like you. She also made the first move by coming up to you and talking to you, so to me, it sounds like she is interested in getting to know you.
