My 12 year old chocolate lab has a white cloudy spot on her eye. It has a red,bloody rim around it. What is it?

Hi masbell, we cannot diagnose your dog's eye condition anymore then diagnose a human condition. It is not feasible to do over the net and I suggest you take your old fellow to the vet for advice. Surely after l2 years of loving friendship he is worth it.
