I recently got a misdemeanor charge in az for DV . I am doing Diversion class. Do you have to report that on a job application if they ask for misdemeanors? If you are doing the diversion classes is that a pending charge? Does it show on a criminal background check?

The arrest will show. You have not been convicted nor should you be, if you complete the Diversion Program. So, now you can safely answer, that "You have never been convicted of a crime".

You may have an opportunity after the diversion program to have the arrest record and the final disposal of the charge expunged.
