It started looking like pimples and now I have cracks and flaky skin. It's right between the scrotum and the shaft. It itches and smells different then normal. Any ideas?

It could possibly be a yeast infection. Are you sexually active?

Whether you are or not, you need to see a doctor. If it is a yeast infection you will need medication to clear it up. If you are sexually active it may be an STD, so please ring your doctor and make an appointment.
