I have a guardian ad litem that has done nothing for my child's case for two years we have a paper that says what I can have and not have and his father said we do not go by the papers
That gaudian ad litem wrote out and he calls all the shots so what can I do?
Also his fathers girlfriend bite my son and punshed him that I could not talk to him on the phone ? Can I call children services on her or not cause I have a guardian ?
I have pictures and my son has told me how he got the brusie from the bite?
I really need help cause nothing is beinging done and his father does not inform me of anything and pushes me around and my son is afraid of him please help if you can?

If you have photos of the bite on your child call the police - not the guardian ad litem and make a formal police report.

Also, you need to inform the Judge that the father is not following the paperwork of the guardian ad litem. It's the Judge that the father answers to - not the guardian ad litem. If you have an attorney have him request a hearing before the Judge to present the evidence of just how the father is not following the rules set forth and let the Judge decide.
