I'm not understanding all of these changes.

Please review the other threads on the new skin. We would prefer to keep all the discussion in the same place.

And yes, this is a new feature of the new skin that allows a member to mark an answer as the best answer. To see that feature you have to switch to the new skin. You can switch back if you want to.
