I have a 1990 accord,will not get over 45mph,its stuck in sport drive,how can I get it back to normal drive.

I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX. The ABS light stays on (it's been about 2 weeks). The brakes appear to be fine. What could be the problem? Also, my radio works fine but there is no back light. I can't see the channels when I'm driving at night. The dimmer wheel only works for the part of the dashboard that contains the speedometer, etc. What could be the problem?
